We’ve known Susan Sanchez for many years. I recommended her to a couple of family members who listed their homes with her. She sold their houses and in each case got them the price they were looking for. When it came time to sell our house the we knew Susan would be the only one we’d use. She told us our house would sell fast and the next day after she listed it we had an offer. Then multiple offers came in the first week. By the second week we were in contract with a great offer. I knew i was in reliable hands when Susan quest was to help me find an apartment, since the one I resided in was being sold by my landlord, who was Susan’s client. Susan was wonderful to work with.. she knew everything about the neighborhoods we looked at; the good, the bad, the school districts, parks, shopping, transportation, etc. She spent a lot of time with us and was always easy to get in touch with using emails, texting, and phone calls. Also we used her recommended real estate attorney and mortgage broker who were also a pleasure to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend working with Susan!

Susan was great to work with! She helped me sell my Moms house after she passed away. She made the whole process easy and really went above and beyond.
